Dr. Coffman earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the Combined Counseling Psychology and School Psychology Doctoral Program at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee, Florida.   She specializes in educational, vocational, neuropsychological, and forensic assessments.   Dr. Coffman has worked in a range of settings, including private practice, state hospitals, and university-based clinics.  She has extensive training in psychological assessment.

Shannon M. Smith, Ph.D.

Dr. Shannon Smith received her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in 2017 from the APA-accredited Combined Counseling and School Psychology Doctoral Program at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee, Florida.   She specializes in educational, intellectual, ADHD, mental health, and trans health (HRT, gender affirming surgery) assessments.   Dr. Smith has experience in various settings, including private practice, university-based clinics, and schools.  She is skilled at working with a range of people, including children, adolescents, emerging adults, and gender diverse individuals.

Luzimar Vega, Ph.D.

Dr. Vega earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  She specializes in the assessment and treatment of trauma based disorders, primarily within specialty populations.  Dr. Vega further specializes in educational, vocational, and neuropsychological assessments, and provides such services in English and Spanish.  These services are currently provided on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Vincent Dehili, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist in the State of Florida


Dr. Dehili obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the Combined Counseling and School Psychology program at Florida State University (FSU). He provides psychotherapy and ADHD coaching services at Shoreline Psychological Services. His professional interest areas include: trauma, grief and loss, multicultural issues, career counseling, social justice, LGBTQ, mindfulness, men’s issues, and ADHD.  His specialization in social justice work includes receiving various trauma trainings in prolonged exposure and EMDR, as well as having worked over a year at the Trevor Project, an LGBTQ+ crisis youth hotline and chat service.


Dr. Dehili provides therapy services on Saturdays.

Caitlin Asencio, Ed.S., NCSP

Certified School Psychologist and National Certified School Psychologist


Mrs. Caitlin Asencio received her combined Masters of Science (M.S.) and Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) Degrees in Counseling and Human Systems, with a major in School Psychology, from Florida State University in 2016.  She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and has extensive experience working as a School Psychologist in the schools.  She specializes in educational, intellectual, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations.  She is skilled at working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Brie-Anna Willey, MA, LMHC, CRC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor


Brie-Anna Willey obtained her Master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida, and she is working on a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling with a specialization in Traumatology. She has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. She has experience in working with teenagers and adults with disabilities, pregnant mothers, children, couples, and families. Brie-Anna Willey utilizes an eclectic approach based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, trauma therapies, ADHD Coaching strategies, marriage and family therapies.

Ha Thai, M.S.

Vocational Evaluator


Ms. Thai has 12 years of experience in the area of Vocational Evaluation and three years in Mental Health Counseling.  She has experience in working with individual with multiple disabilities, including visual impairments and vision loss.   She earned her Master and Bachelor of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.  Ms. Thai completed certificate programs in Career Development, Planning and Vocational Assessment, TABE Administration, Mental Health & Aging and Writing Agenda for Direct Staff.
