Theodora Coffman, Ph.D.

Dr. Coffman earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the Combined Counseling Psychology and School Psychology Doctoral Program at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee, Florida.  She specializes in educational, vocational, neuropsychological, and forensic assessments.  Dr. Coffman has worked in a range of settings, including private practice, state hospitals, and university clinics.  She has extensive training in psychological assessment.

Shannon M. Smith, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist in the State of Florida

Dr. Shannon Smith received her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in 2017 from the APA-accredited Combined Counseling and School Psychology Doctoral Program at Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee, Florida. She specializes in educational, intellectual, ADHD, mental health, and trans health (HRT, gender affirming surgery) assessments. Dr. Smith has experience in various settings, including private practice, university-based clinics, and schools. She is skilled at working with a range of people, including children, adolescents, emerging adults, and gender diverse individuals

Luzimar Vega Psy.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Vega earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of trauma, as well as the evaluation of educational, vocational, and neuropsychological functioning. Dr. Vega has primarily worked in hospital settings, and is currently part-time with the practice.

Alicia Kohalmi, Psy.D

Dr. Alicia Kohalmi earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. She specializes in Evidence-Based Evaluation and Treatment of trauma, chronic pain syndrome, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Kohalmi has primarily worked in hospital settings, and is currently part-time with Shoreline Psychology Services.

Ha Thai, M.S.

Vocational Evaluator

Ms. Thai has 12 years of experience in the area of Vocational Evaluation and three years in Mental Health Counseling. She has experience in working with individuals with multiple disabilities, including visual impairments and vision loss. She earned her Master and Bachelor of Science dree in Health Psychology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Ms. Thai completed certificate programs in Career Development, Planning and Vocational Assessment, TABE Administration, Mental Health & Aging and Writing Agenda for Direct Staff.
